Toy Box: Our children's version of Retro Box

Toybox is a family-friendly portable escape room-style game in which players will compete in teams to see who is the fastest to open a box full of riddles, locks, and compartments.

They must put their cunning and skills to the test to overcome the enigmas they encounter. Only then will they be able to find the best-kept secret that those boxes hold…

But to do so, they must also familiarize themselves with some of the toys that were used in the 2000s.

And the thing is, this game is very similar to Retrobox (80s 90s) but removing all references to old series and characters and replacing them with current references for the younger ones... to have fun.

What is the event like?

ToyBox is an ideal game for the whole family, as adults and children will have to collaborate: adults contributing their knowledge about how to use old toys; and children contributing their knowledge about current references.

Additionally, two actors/monitors will act as moderators and accompany the players throughout the entire game, helping the less skilled and making things difficult for the most advanced ones, to keep things exciting.

Benefits of an Escape Room for corporate groups or events

Escape rooms for companies, team building, or celebrations are a fun leisure activity, but they also offer huge individual and collective benefits:

Greater group communication

To solve the puzzles and overcome the challenges, all team members must communicate clearly, listening to everyone's ideas to successfully achieve the game's objectives.

Stronger team bonding

A sense of belonging is created, ensuring the team builds a temporary bond of mutual understanding and support, while also providing a period of stress relief.

Improves problem-solving skills

To solve the enigmas and riddles, players must think creatively and analytically, evaluating different options and strategies to find the most efficient solution.

Boosts creativity

Not everyone will solve the challenges the same way! Each person will have to step out of their comfort zone and find solutions to achieve the goals, while learning from the rest of their teammates.
