Who We Are

Experiencity is an experience agency specializing in offering its clients a wide range of playful challenges and activities. If you’re looking for unique experiences in Spain—escape rooms of every theme, new game formats, customized events, and unforgettable adventures—Experiencity has exactly what you’re looking for.

Our adventure began in 2019 in Madrid with the opening of our first venue: Experiencity Colors. There, players can enjoy more than 10 unforgettable experiences, immersing themselves in captivating stories.

We continued our adventure in the capital with La Orden, a new venue featuring 8 brand‑new escape rooms inspired by historical figures, where players get to discover the hidden side of History.

After the success we achieved, The City arrived. Born from our merger with Dale al Coco, we expanded the number of rooms with replayable improvements and completely new spaces. La Nevera, Virus, Ciudad de Vacaciones, and Lavandería are waiting for you in the heart of Madrid.

In 2022, we expanded Experiencity alongside industry professionals. The entire team from La Zona Escape Room joined the family, giving rise to a new brand of horror experiences: Terror Stories. We created several interconnected experiences told through chapters, leading to the birth of the Morgan Saga and, later in 2025, the Tarot Saga.

2023 was our year of expansion: we took a leap beyond Madrid and arrived in Valencia, joining forces with many colleagues who were already leading the sector in the city. Together, we created Experiencity Valencia, featuring different brands such as Colors, Terror Stories, Academia de Magia, The City, and Classic.

We ventured into magical worlds with the former experiences from The Room Escape, now our new Academia de Magia. Just like in Valencia, you can also enjoy it in Madrid, where you’ll experience adventures inspired by the world’s most famous School of Wizardry.

We also expanded our leisure offerings and ventured into the world of axe throwing at our Urban Safari venue.

In 2024, we took a golden leap with new formats, creating Floor is Lava, an interactive arcade‑style floor experience that you can now enjoy in Madrid, Alicante, and Seville. We also stepped into the world of gamified dining and launched our first Gastroescaperoom: Experiencity Express Train, where, for the first time in the world, diners can enjoy themed dishes while playing an escape room.

Our expansion beyond Madrid continued in 2024 and 2025, when we extended our reach across Andalusia alongside outstanding professionals in Seville, Jerez, Málaga, and Córdoba. Horror arrived in Catalonia with Terror Stories Barcelona and our Exorcist room, and we landed in our latest destinations, Alicante and Barcelona, where Locus Fugae and Bizarre joined the adventure.

And to top it all off, we launched our first board game, Gazpacho. And beyond all of this, we design fully customized events so you can enjoy them with friends, family, or coworkers. We even design wedding events! We offer portable escape rooms and experiences so your guests can have an unforgettable time. No matter how wild your idea is, we can create a tailor‑made experience for you.
