What is an escape room?

Our Escape Rooms are not just a game — they are an immersive experience that challenges your mind alongside your friends, family or partner. They usually take place in a themed venue aligned with the story you are about to live. There, you will need to solve riddles and logical puzzles to open locks or doors until you find the exit. The experience is guided by a Game Master, who may or may not be with you during the game, and who will help you overcome all the challenges and fully immerse you in the story.

What is the minimum age to play?

The recommended minimum age to play is 8 years old, provided children are accompanied by adults in any of our experiences. The experiences that are fully adapted for children to play without an adult are: Suelo es Lava, Tinto y Tinta, Las Maravillas de Alicia, Torneo de las 4 Casas and Superheroes.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the experience and the number of players. The minimum price per person is €20.

Are there any discounts available?

We currently offer a €15 discount for CARNET JOVEN and ALBERGUISTAS cardholders. Simply present your card at the end of the experience and we will apply the discount (only one discount per group can be applied). We also run temporary discounts! If you want to find out about them, follow us on our Instagram account to stay up to date and enjoy them.

What type of clothing should I wear?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing — you'll have a hard time if you come in heels or very formal attire. In some areas, the floor and wall surfaces are uneven due to the setting and decoration of each experience. We want you to have the best possible immersion, but don't push your luck. For our horror experiences and Suelo es Lava, it is essential to wear comfortable clothing and footwear. The only exceptions are our Gastroescaperoom and Tinto y Tinta experiences.

Can pregnant women play?

We only recommend playing in advanced stages of pregnancy in some of our adventure experiences, Gastroescaperoom and Tinto y Tinta. However, we recommend calling us at +34 610 42 48 80 before booking.

Can people with reduced mobility, heart conditions or other health issues play?

Our experiences can be played by people with reduced mobility, but there are some limitations depending on the room. The same applies to heart conditions and other health issues. We advise contacting us and explaining the circumstances in detail before booking, so we can help you choose the experience that best suits your needs and, if possible, prepare it accordingly.

What happens if we arrive late?

The delay time will be deducted from the duration of the experience. The maximum allowed delay is 15 minutes; if exceeded, you will not be able to play and no refund will be issued.

Can players be added at the last minute?

Additional players can be added as long as they do not exceed the maximum per room. The difference will be paid at the end of the experience. Please remember that the entire group must be at the door at the chosen time — late arrivals will not be allowed access once their group has already started the experience.

Is there any feeling of claustrophobia during the game?

Our facilities are designed so that up to 7 people can move around comfortably. We also have emergency mechanisms in case any member of the group wishes to leave the game early. In some specific areas of the game there are narrow passages or hard-to-access spots to enhance your immersion and adventure experience. In horror experiences, some parts may create a feeling of claustrophobia.

Alcohol and drugs?

Access to any experience while intoxicated is strictly prohibited. The company may deny entry to anyone who arrives at the venue intoxicated or showing clear signs of drug use. In this case, the experience will be cancelled with no possibility of a refund or modification.

Can I celebrate my birthday, farewell or event at your venue?

Of course! We have perfect experiences for it such as Urban Safari, Suelo es Lava, Tinto&Tinta, Vagón Impostores, large group Escape Rooms... You can email us at info@experiencity.es and tell us what you have in mind so we can tailor the experience to your celebration.

Nighttime surcharge

All experiences starting after 00:00 have an extra charge of €30 for the nighttime rate.

Can I cancel a reservation?

Cancellations are not accepted, and no refunds are given for reservations.

As this is a recreational activity with a specific execution date or period, the right of withdrawal does not apply pursuant to section l) of Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

Can I modify a reservation?

With less than 48 hours' notice, no changes to the experience, date or time are allowed (unless you have taken out the booking insurance available during the booking process, in which case changes can be made up to 12 hours before).

With more than 48 hours' notice, changing the reservation date may incur a fee of up to €10 for administrative costs. This change can be made either with a specific date and time, or you can receive a voucher to visit at a later time without a fixed date. This voucher will be valid for 3 months. Once redeemed, the date cannot be postponed again.
